John Sonedecker
Creative Director / Lead Artist
One of the lead artists in the original Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon series, John has over two decades of industry experience, with gaming credits covering over 20 titles. Through his BlackFoot Studios, he has also taken part in the development of training applications for USSOCOM at Ft. Bragg.

Kris Rigby
Lead Programmer
Known for his sultry tones and epic red beard, Kris learned his trade in the late ’90s/early 2000s mod scene with Dirty, Action Half-Life, ManDown and others. He then delved into Unreal Development Kit (UE4’s predecessor), where his True First Person system had its roots.

Phil Carlisle
AI Programmer
A leading AI researcher, Phil is an ex-Team17 industry veteran of 27 years, having programmed for the Worms series. For the last 14 years, he was the course leader for the Games Design degree and a senior lecturer for advanced programming topics at University of Bolton.

Alex "Zee" Colburn
3D Artist
Zee is an industry newbie, fresh from graduation. She has been an avid Ghost Recon fan since childhood, as well as a modder for both GR and Arma since age 12. She lept at the opportunity to work on GROUND BRANCH in 2016 and has contributed as an artist since.

Glauco "Scopey" Costa
Brand Manager / 2D Artist
Fifteen years ago, Scopey was a hardcore OGR player. Now a freelance graphic designer, he slowly drifted into the team while contributing branding work, UI concepts and 2D assets. He currently handles the game’s visual identity, marketing and copywriting.
